When choosing a snowboard size, the guideline is that when you are standing upright, the top of the board should reach the height between your chin and nose. Generally, a good guideline is to subtract 15cm to 20cm from your height.
How to choose the right snowboard size
All snowboard bindings are set to a regular stance with angles of +9 or -9 (bindings without an angle indication use the same angle). The stance width is also set to the board's default position.
If you have a preferred stance or angle, please set it yourself after receiving the product, or write it in the comments section when making your reservation.
About snowboard bindings
Due to the nature of snowboard products, the binding screws may gradually loosen with use. Therefore, please be sure to check the screws for looseness before each use. If the screws are loose, tighten them with a Phillips head screwdriver before use.

How to use
Single-day (3 nights, 4 days) plan
The single-use plan allows you to rent skis in your preferred size (please note that you cannot choose the design). ① Delivery Schedule The rental period is 3 nights and 4 days, and the skis will be delivered 2 days before your rental date. Example Delivery Date (If your rental date is January 10th): 1/8: Customer arrival date 1/9: Reserve day 1/10: Skiing/Skiing day 1/11: Return date ② Application Deadline: Up to 7 days before your skiing/skiing date (consultation required for dates later than this) ③ Rental Extension: If you wish to extend the rental period, please specify this when applying. *Extensions are available for ¥1,000 per day. *An additional charge of ¥2,000 per day will be applied for extensions without prior notice. ④ Change of Delivery Address If you wish to change the delivery address, please inform us as soon as possible by email or phone. ⑤ Cancellation If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so via our website or by phone. Please note that cancellation fees will be charged as follows, depending on the cancellation date: * Cancellations made up to 4 days prior to the skiing/snowboarding date: Free (We will refund the amount minus the bank transfer fee) * Cancellations made within 3 days of the skiing/snowboarding date: 100% of the rental fee ⑥ Return Method Please wipe off any water from the skis/snowboard and place them in the provided bag. Please return them using the included return shipping label (cash on delivery). If you use any other shipping company, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. ⑦ Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will calculate the shipping costs in advance and include them in the invoice along with the rental fee. You do not need to pay at the time of shipping. (We will prepay the shipping to your location, and you will pay for the return shipping using the included cash-on-delivery label.) * Additional shipping charges apply to remote islands. * Shipping is prepaid to your location, and cash on delivery to your location (a shipping label will be included). We plan to use Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato) for shipping. ⑧ Payment Method Payment is required in advance via bank transfer or PayPay. Your reservation will be confirmed upon completion of payment. [Important Notes] ・For each rental period, we will provide a buffer of two days (one day before and one day after the board arrival and one day after the shipping date). Example: For a 7-day rental, a total of 9 days will be provided. ・If the desired item is not in stock, you may not be able to use the service. We will check the stock availability at the time of your service application. Your reservation will be confirmed upon securing stock and completion of payment. ・In the event of loss or intentional damage to the product, the following charges will be applied to the customer: Snowboard: 25,000 yen, Snowboard boots: 15,000 yen, Bindings: 8,000 yen, Clothing: 10,000 yen *The charge may vary depending on the extent of the damage.
Unlimited rides for a fixed price
With our flat-rate unlimited rental plan, you can choose your snowboard size and rent it for unlimited use during your rental period (please note that you cannot choose the design). Only one set is available per person. Board exchanges are possible for rentals of 30 days or more. Please see below for detailed procedures, contracts, and fees. 【How to Use】 ・Please fill out the application form below at least 7 days before your rental start date (consultation required for dates after this). ・Once we confirm availability and you pay the rental fee, your reservation will be complete. ・The board will be shipped 2 days before your rental start date. ・Shipping will be via Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). ・Payment methods are bank transfer or PayPay. ・Extensions are available for ¥1,000 per day. An additional charge of ¥2,000 per day will be applied for unauthorized extensions. ・When returning the board, please wipe off any water and place it in the provided bag. Please return the item using the included return shipping label (cash on delivery label). *If you use any other shipping company, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please note that cancellation fees will be charged as follows, depending on the cancellation date. *Cancellation up to 4 days before the arrival date (including the arrival date): Free (We will refund the amount minus the bank transfer fee) *Cancellation within 3 days of the arrival date (including the arrival date): 100% of the service fee [Important Notes] *For each date, we will provide a total of 2 days of buffer time: one day before and one day after the arrival date and one day after the shipping date. Example: For a 7-day plan, a total of 9 days. *You will be responsible for the shipping costs for exchanging boards during the trip. *Please request a board exchange at least 7 days before the desired arrival date. *If the desired item is out of stock, you may not be able to use the service. We will check the stock at the time you apply for the service. Your reservation will be confirmed once stock is secured and payment is completed. *In the event of loss or intentional damage to the product, the following charges will be applied to the customer: Snowboard: 25,000 yen, Snowboard boots: 15,000 yen, Bindings: 8,000 yen, Apparel: 10,000 yen *The charge will vary depending on the extent of the damage.

In that case, we will not refund the service fee. ③ About Personal Information *We will strictly store the personal information you provide and will not use it for any purpose other than our association's services.
