Recruiting staff for the 2025-2026 season.

We are now accepting applications for diggers for the 25-26 season.

We prefer candidates with digging experience, but we also welcome those with no experience who love skiing and snowboarding.

We welcome those who want to improve their skills and those who want to be involved in the operation of a snow park!

Regarding employment conditions

Hourly wage: 1,100-1,400 yen (depending on experience)

Contract type: Part-time work, independent contractor (self-employed)

Job description: General digging duties
Working hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (up to 8 hours within that time)

Full-time work: Shift work. Generally 4-6 days per week.

Part-time work: 2-3 days per week

*Depending on the busy period, we may ask you to reschedule.

Employment period: Mid-December to mid-May of the following year (renewable every 3 months)
